All orders will be shipped within 24 to 48 hours of you placing the order using Canada Post, DHL eCommerce, USPS or ePacket depending on your location and fastest available service. Typical delivery time frame is between 2 to 5 business days domestic and 3-5 business days to the mainland USA, however, you may receive your items much earlier. All orders are shipped with a tracking number so you can track it every step of the way! Packages may be faced with delays beyond our control such as customs or postal delays.

Question. How long does it take to get my order?

• Answer. The order ships from our store in Surrey BC. Depending where you live it can take from 3-6 days. We are working our hardest to increase our inventory in house to bring that time down. 

Can I see the item in person?

• Yes, please come by and take a look for yourself we have a show room available to you. Call or SMS 604-897-0890 to book a time convenient to you.

Question. What are your return policy ?

• Note due to covid and hygienic reasons are are not accepting returns. Please check that the item upon delivery to ensure item is what was ordered and there is not damage on it.
•  Let us know if there is something wrong or unsatisfactory. 

How do I place an order?

• You can use your express check out using Paypal or Google pay, they are secure channels for payment. All the billing info in already secured in there.
• Alternatively you choose other payment method 
• fill out your shipping info and put in the info from your choice of credit card.
• We do not keep any info. We ask for your billing info so we can send you the product as soon as possible. 
• Complete the payment and you will get an email confirmation. 

Question. What if you do not get an email confirmation.

Answer.

• Wait a few hours sometimes it takes a while for things to go through.
• Check you junk mail first

Question: The order didn't go through or my order failed.

• Answer: Things happen, first lets check that you entered the card info correct make sure the billing info and your name is the same on the card. 
• Alternatively you can use a different card or contact your bank for support. 

Question :What is your shipping time?

• A: Total Delivery Time = Processing Time + Shipping Time 
• A. We will get your items processed and ready to go for shipment. please allow 8-10 days for the whole process. 

Q:How to return the parcel?

• Email AffinityGiya@gmail.com within 14 days to make an application for return. Emails received after 14 days will not be taken into consideration.
• Please email us with photos of the product for our We will reply with return instructions after confirming it's in consistency with our policies.
• Any packages posted without our consent will not be accepted.

Q:If I make a wrong order, can I exchange it?

• A:We try our hardest to process and ship out orders promptly so if you can send us the Email as soon as you realize the error to AffinityGiya@gmail.com . We will modify the order for you. Once your parcel is shipped out, we will try our best to work you to correct this issue. 

Q：I want return the parcel, do I need to pay the returned shipping fee?

• A:If the returning is due to our problems (Such as: Incorrect products, Quality problem of products), we will provide a full refund for you; If the returning is due to your problems (Such as: Don`t like, Don’t want, Order wrong product ), you need to bear the shipping fee. however contact us we will work with you to resolve the issue.
