Damages or Order Issues
We kindly ask that you inspect your order immediately upon delivery. Should your item arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt.
To ensure a seamless resolution, we require the following:
A video recording of the unboxing process
Photographic evidence clearly showing the issue
Upon review, and at our discretion, we will offer either:
A replacement of the original item (subject to availability), or
A full refund to your original form of payment
