Exceptions / non-returnable items 

Due to the nature of our products and for hygiene and quality assurance reasons, all jewelry sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges on any jewelry items, including earrings, necklaces, bracelets, and rings.

Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase. If you have questions about sizing, materials, or other product details, feel free to contact us prior to placing your order.

Exceptions may apply only in cases of damaged or defective items upon arrival, which must be reported within same day of  delivery with photo proof.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items 

Return and damage issue
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Refund Policy for Damaged Jewelry

We take great care in packaging and inspecting all jewelry before shipment. However, if your item arrives damaged, we sincerely apologize and will make it right.

To qualify for a refund or replacement:

Please contact us within same day of receiving your order.

  • Provide clear photos of the damaged item and packaging.
  • Return the item in its original packaging (if requested).

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will issue a full refund or send a replacement, based on your preference.

Note: This policy applies only to items damaged during shipping or manufacturing defects. Damage caused by wear and tear, misuse, or accidents may not be covered.
