All orders will be shipped within 24 to 48 hours of you placing the order using Canada Post, DHL eCommerce, USPS or ePacket depending on your location and fastest available service. - Answer. The order ships from our store in Surrey BC. Depending where you live it can take from 3-6 days. We are working our hardest to increase our inventory in house to bring that time down.

- Note due to covid and hygienic reasons are are not accepting returns. Please check that the item upon delivery to ensure item is what was ordered and there is not damage on it.

- Answer: Things happen, first lets check that you entered the card info correct make sure the billing info and your name is the same on the card.
