For sanitary and hygienic reasons we do not offer returns or exchange on party wear.
We do a quality control check before sending out the jewelry. If the item is damaged please send us a photo to Affinitygiya@gmail.com within 48 hrs of receiving it. We will gladly exchange (if we have the item) or refund with no hassle.
Question. How long does it take to get my order?
- Answer. The order ships from our store in Surrey BC. Depending where you live it can take from 3-6 days. We are working our hardest to increase our inventory in house to bring that time down.
Can I see the item in person?
- Yes, please come by and take a look for yourself we have a show room available to you. Call or SMS 604-897-0890 to book a time convenient to you.
Question. What are your return policy ?
- Note due to covid and hygienic reasons are are not accepting returns. Please check that the item upon delivery to ensure item is what was ordered and there is not damage on it.
- Let us know if there is something wrong or unsatisfactory.
How do I place an order?
- You can use your express check out using Paypal or Google pay, they are secure channels for payment. All the billing info in already secured in there.
- Alternatively you choose other payment method

- We do not keep any info. We ask for your billing info so we can send you the product as soon as possible.
- Complete the payment and you will get an email confirmation.
Question. What if you do not get an email confirmation.
- Wait a few hours sometimes it takes a while for things to go through.

Question: The order didn't go through or my order failed.
- Answer: Things happen, first lets check that you entered the card info correct make sure the billing info and your name is the same on the card.
- Alternatively you can use a different card or contact your bank for support.
Question :What is your shipping time?
- A: Total Delivery Time = Processing Time + Shipping Time

Q:How to return the parcel?
