All orders will be shipped within 24 to 48 hours of you placing the order using Canada Post, DHL eCommerce, USPS or ePacket depending on your location and fastest available service. Typical delivery time frame is between 2 to 5 business days domestic and 3-5 business days to the mainland USA, however, you may receive your items much earlier. Question. How long does it take to get my order?
- Answer. The order ships from our store in Surrey BC. Depending where you live it can take from 3-6 days. We are working our hardest to increase our inventory in house to bring that time down.

Question. What are your return policy ?
- Note due to covid and hygienic reasons are are not accepting returns. Please check that the item upon delivery to ensure item is what was ordered and there is not damage on it.
- Let us know if there is something wrong or unsatisfactory.
How do I place an order?

- Answer: Things happen, first lets check that you entered the card info correct make sure the billing info and your name is the same on the card.
- Alternatively you can use a different card or contact your bank for support.

- A: Total Delivery Time = Processing Time + Shipping Time
